Terms of Use

Effective 2026-06-12 — the French version (« Conditions d'utilisation ») prevails.

1. The service

Roadmaps generates personalized learning paths (steps, lessons, quizzes, comics) using artificial-intelligence services, operated by BUREAU (see the legal notice). Generated content is educational and provided without accuracy guarantees — verify important information.

2. Account

Sign-in is via Google. You must be at least 15 years old. You are responsible for your account's activity.

3. Acceptable use

You may not submit illegal or hateful goals or goals intended to harm others, attempt to bypass quotas, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or delete an account in case of abuse, without refund of unused time in cases of serious misconduct.

4. Quotas and availability

The free plan is limited to 1 generated roadmap per day and 5 step breakdowns per day; learning tools (quizzes, flashcards, diagrams, comics, mini-lessons) require a paid plan. The Premium and Credits plans unlock these tools; Premium also removes the roadmap generation limit. The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability.

5. Premium subscription

5.1 Price and billing

Three plans are available:

Payments are processed via Stripe. VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page (Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: your Premium access remains active until that date at no additional charge.

5.3 Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from subscription. By subscribing you expressly request immediate performance of the service; if you withdraw from a subscription within that period, an amount proportional to the service already provided remains due (Art. L221-25). For credit purchases, withdrawal remains available for 14 days for unused credits. Beyond that, partially consumed periods are not refunded, except where mandatory legal guarantees apply. 5.4 Price changes

Any price change will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not cancel before the effective date, the new price will apply automatically at your next renewal.

5.5 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We store no card data — see the Privacy Policy, section 4. By subscribing, you also accept Stripe's terms.

6. Content ownership

Your personal roadmaps, lessons, quizzes and comics are yours to use freely. Anonymized shared subjects (public pages) remain the property of the service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts actually received from you in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer protections under French law.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it first via the Stripe portal to avoid an additional charge. See the Privacy Policy regarding what happens to your data.

9. Governing law and mediation

French law. If you reside elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections of your place of residence. Any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (see the legal notice). Substantial changes will be announced on this page with 30 days' notice. Contact: sideprojectmq@gmail.com.
